▣ Abstract :

This presentation shows and shares the prediction of the government’s national policy which include the Science and technology policy, the trend of consortium trend and a specialized projects for university etc.

Through the defense industry of several industry, we will try to discuss the trend of technology development corresponding to society’s needs and analysis method for characteristics of industry. Especially, the issue of cash flow and budget will be the main agenda of this presentation.

The mismatching phenomena between national needs and educational supply in terms of human resource will be discussed. Furthermore, competitive strategy and SWOT analysis for university will be proposed and shared.
