▣ Abstract : Currently, flash memory is becoming
more and more attractive in various areas such as card, eMMC, and SSD
devices. In this talk, it will be covered the basic
operations(read/program/erase) as well as recent technology trends in flash
memory. Also two different approaches, 2D and 3D, are compared each other in
terms of perforamnce and
power consumptions.
